The Kansas City Heartland Chapter was established in 2017 as the 42nd chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units. The formation of the chapter was spearheaded by Brett Green who also serves as inaugural chapter President alongside the board of directors.
Since inauguration the Kansas City Heartland Chapter has been active in providing quality continuing education opportunities to our members including two full-day training seminars featuring top-tier keynote speakers, attorney Michael Parker (2018) and Michele Stuart, owner of JAG Investigations (2019); and multiple Lunch & Learn events including speakers from our inaugural corporate sponsor Brown & James Law Firm. The chapter also has given back to the Kansas City community through a $500 donation to Harvesters - The Community Food Network.
